Return Policy

What items are returnable?

All returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. (We suggest you request a refund within 28 days of receiving your item to allow time for processing your request.)
Returned items must be in original conditions with original packaging and all accessories. The items must be unused and unwashed.
In the case of defective items, please Contact Us. We will reply as soon as possible within 1 business day.


What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Gift card
  • Customized items
  • Sales items

Unless the item is defective, we will not be able to issue a full refund or send the item back if it is determined to be not sellable.

 

Are there any charges for return?

Return shipping is free for everything except for the tatami mats.
If you would like to return tatami mats, the return shipping rate is

  • $70/piece for 30"X80" (1/2 queen size) mats
  • $80/piece for 38"X80" (1/2 king size) mats

The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

 

How do I return?

Please follow instructions in our Returns Center.
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines within 24 hours.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
